For one part of my senior thesis project I created a high end planet catalogue for Magrathea, from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. This 43 page catalogue was created with my abstract photography of decorative paper, quotes from the book, along with my own copy written in the playful style of Douglas Adams. Several of the spreads were unique in that they had a tri-fold for large inset photographs of the "planets'. Along with this book and a few other items I also 3D modeled and animated 3 teaser trailers, which you can watch on here.
For my final project of Graphic Design IV I created a poetic book about bards in cultures around the world. I researched and collated material from many sources. Then I created page layouts and type treatments for the content, and finally used my photographs of printed vector form lines as a representation of verbal sound throughout the book.
